Human Resources Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Part-time 0.6fte worked over a minimum of 4 days; maternity cover for up to 12 months
Salary: £23,700 - £25,000, pro rata and dependent on experience

As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support in a range of Human Resources areas. Whether you come from an administrative background or have HR experience, this role offers a great opportunity to start your HR career or develop your knowledge and skills in a full generalist HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
  • Manage our Learning & Development Platform including issuing mandatory training and monitoring completion
  • Support HR Projects and other adhoc tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

        The role is part time (22.2hrs) over 4 or 5 days and primarily office based. Some flexibility for working from home can be discussed upon completion of the initial induction period.
