Administrator

Salary: £23,700 - £25,000, dependent on experience

We are looking for one full-time administrator to join a dynamic and diverse Administration and Communications Team who support STEM Learning Limited.

Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, good at solving problems and highly organised, assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner. The ability to work as part of a large, busy team and show exceptional communication skills is of high importance given the strong customer service aspect of this role.

Previous office or administration experience is not essential but preferred, however you must possess a good level of education and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills. We are also seeking candidates who can quickly and easily adapt to new systems and effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Role

Key tasks of the role include:

  • Administrative tasks from across all areas of the business
  • General administrative support, including data processing using spreadsheets and databases
  • Working with Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates and the Update Service system
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Supporting London STEM Ambassador hub (remote support but occasional travel is required)

STEM administrators are dynamic and go the extra mile to support our business which constantly evolves to support young people achieve a world leading STEM education.

Importantly, our Administrators are central to the organisation and without them we could not achieve being the Number 1 organisation in the UK for providing STEM education solutions for schools and industry.
