STEM Learning Recruitment Privacy Policy

STEM Learning is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal information about you during and after any application you make to us. Our full policy can be found on the here.

We use Breezy HR, a web-based hiring platform, to assist in our recruiting process. As part of that process Breezy HR will be processing the personal information you've shared in accordance with STEM Learning instructions; you can find Breezy HR's security policy here and their privacy policy here.

When you apply for a job posted by us, the information we collect / you provide is used to determine whether or not you're a good fit for the role you are applying for. We will use the personal information we collect about you to:

• assess your skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role;
• carry out background and reference checks, where applicable;
• communicate with you about the recruitment process;
• keep records related to our recruitment processes;
• comply with legal or regulatory requirements;

We'll hold on to your data for up to 2 years from the date of application, if you are offered a role then your data will be held for longer; you will be advised of this when you are made an offer.
